Obituary of Elva A. Meyer

Elva A. Meyer, age 88, of Nelson, PA died Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. She was the daughter of Arthur L. and Ada (Learn) Losinger. Elva was the wife of the late Henry Meyer Jr. with whom she celebrated 69 years of marriage. She was a member of the Tuscarora Baptist Church in Addison, NY. Elva is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur Henry of Tubotville, PA, Stephen Jay Meyer of Nelson, PA, David B. and Terri Meyer of Milton, PA: 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Janice Ann and John Bradshaw of Tioga, PA, Susan Flacker of Nelson, PA, Michelle Marie and Clifford Setzer of Nelson, PA; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth and Arnold "Stub" Waters, Bernice and William Gridley all of Wellsboro, PA. Elva was preceded in death by her husband, and sisters, Joyce Aldridge, Alice Meyer, Wanda Campbell, Betty Housel, Arlene Gross, daughter-in-law (wife of her son).
