Roberta A. Nelcoski, age 73, of Mansfield, previously of Arnot, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her home.
In keeping with Roberta’s wishes there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
