Obituary of Herbert Llewelynn Issac Frank

Herbert Llewelynn Issac Frank, age 50, of Tioga, PA, died Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. He was born September 25, 1967 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Ralph and Patricia (Cavanaugh) Frank. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Lynn (Pierce) Frank. Herbert was employed at Mansfield University in the IT department. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Wellsboro, and served in the Marines from 1986 to 1990. Herbert was a member of the Tioga Mason Lodge #373; the VFW Mansfield Post #6757, and a member of the Herbert Lee Webster American Legion Post #0235 of Tioga; and a proud past member of the Tioga County Honor Guard. In addition to his wife, Herbert is survived by 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Tess Olivia Frank of Tioga, PA, Teaka May (Jason Devin) Wilcox of Tioga, PA; 1 grandson, Jaxson "Trey" Paul Wilcox; a brother, Kenneth Frank of Corning, NY; a sister, Gaile (Terry) Starkweather of Wellsboro, PA; 2 nieces, Sabrina Frank and Ashley Starkweather; a nephew, Tyler (Morgan) Starkweather. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 P.M. with Rev. David Bechtel officiating. A dinner will follow at the Tioga American Legion. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Tioga, PA.
