Obituary of Randy Carter
Randy Carter, age 54, of Spencer, NY, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Troy Community Hospital. He was born on March 3, 1963 in Modesto, CA, a son of Alvin Hinchman and Celia (Morris) Carter. Randy was employed as a clerk at the Ithaca Wegmans. He enjoyed making jewelry and collecting Hot Wheels.
He is survived by his wife, Jocette (Coulouris) Carter; four sons, Ridley, Aiden, Benjamin, Finley Carter; two brothers, Scott Carter of CA, Alvin Carter of OR; a sister, Patricia Turner of Oakdale, CA.
