Obituary of Frances Ridge

Frances Ridge, age 87, of Covington, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at SSMH, Wellsboro, PA. She was born on February 4, 1930 in Covington, PA, a daughter of Joseph and Mary (Bogaczyk) Lisowski. Frances was the wife of Thomas C. Ridge with whom she celebrated 68 years of marriage on August 20. She had been employed by Tri County Rural Electric. Frances enjoyed Bingo at the Mansfield Firehall and Holy Child Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Thomas; a son, William (Phyllis) Ridge of Covington, PA; a daughter, Sharon Hodgson of Mansfield, Pa; two grandchildren, Jennifer (Bobby) Rishel, Jeffrey Ridge, two great grandchildren Connor Rishel and Madison Rishel; a sister, Marian Watkins of Covington, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents and nine brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S.
