Obituary of Elinor "Penny" Eckels
Elinor "Penny" Eckels, age 75, of Troy, PA, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Troy Community Hospital. She was born on January 29, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of Lee and Helen (McGregory) Eckels. Penny was a resident of the Martha Lloyd School since 1963 and had many friends in the community. She was member of the Troy United Methodist Church. Penny enjoyed reading the Daily Review, going to Vinnie's Pizza Shop and shopping.
She is survived by her cousin, Marian Wahlgren in Lexington, KY.
