Obituary of Ilah E. Tomlinson

Ilah E. Tomlinson, age 99, formerly of Mansfield, PA, died Thursday, June 7, 2007 at the Green Home in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on April 9, 1908 in Lewistown, PA, a daughter of Franklin C. and Anna Mae (Emery) Hackenberry. Ilah was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mansfield, PA, a life member of the Mansfield Hose Company, and the Arnot Sportsmens Club. She enjoyed raising children, her family, doing crafts and sewing. Ilah is survived by her grandchildren, Shirley Welch, Kathy Philips, Eva Mae Sandy Frost who was her caregiver, Ronald Tomlinson, Jr., Robin Tomlinson, Michael Tomlinson, Rusty Tomlinson, Joey Tomlinson and Mark Tomlinson; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; two sisters, Cora Ritter and Ann Harpster, both of Lewistown, PA. Ilah was predeceased by her husband, Russell M. Tomlinson; two sons, Ronald R. Tomlinson; and Richard LeRoy Tomlinson in 1996. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Charleston Twp., Wellsboro, PA with Pastor Steven C.
