Obituary of Catherine Alampi

Catherine Alampi, age 66, of Middlebury Ctr., passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at her home. She was born on February 27, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of Edward J. and Anna (Flatley) McBride. Catherine was the wife of Joseph D. Alampi who passed away on October 1, 2017. Prior to her retirement she was secretary for Garnet Valley School District and Weis in Wellsboro.She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Wellsboro and the Arnot Sportsman Club.

Catherine is survived by a son, Adam (Amy) Willey of Reading, PA; four daughters, Judith (Alex) Velazquez of DE, Linda (Kent) Johnsen of CA, Dana Brady, Mary (John) Robbins of Middlebury Ctr.; 8 grandchildren; a great granddaughter; a son-in-law, James Brady; a brother, Edward (Laura) McBride of Glenolden, PA; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph; a sister, Jayne Bartek.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Joseph and Catherine on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 1PM at the Wellsboro Moose, 36 Old Tioga St., Wellsboro, PA 16901.
