Obituary of Kenneth L. McNeal
Kenneth L. "Butch" McNeal, Jr., age 70, of Covington, PA, passed away on Tuesday June 5, 2018 at Dar Way Nursing Home. He was born on February 7, 1948 in Troy, PA, son of Kenneth L. and Phyllis (Vorhees) McNeal. Kenneth was the husband of the late Anna McNeal who passed away in 2009. He was employed as a galvanizer at Ward Manufacturing for 44 years. Kenneth enjoyed NASCAR and working on his tractor.
He is survived by a son, Eric (Anne) McNeal of Covington, PA; a daughter, Carey Mitchell of Covington; eight grandchildren, Kassy Mitchell, Erann, Emma, Isaac, Aiden, Amaya, Abagail, Easton; a great grandson, Mason McNeal; a brother, Gary McNeal of Columbia Cross Roads, PA; a sister-in-law, Imogene McNeal of Troy, PA; a sister, Carol Anderson of Troy, PA; six brother/ sister-in-laws, Elaine (LeRoy) Walker of Wyalusing, PA, Jeanette (Gary) Alexander of New Albany, PA, Earl (Kathy) Frost of Elkland, PA, Margaret Smith of Liberty, PA, Duane (Lena) Frost of Covington, PA, David (Judy) Frost of Covington, PA; several nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a brother Bruce.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 1PM to 2PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2PM. Burial will be in Gray Valley Cemetery. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
