Obituary of Robert John Little Tree Sheehy II
Robert John Little Tree II Sheehy, age 85, of Knoxville, PA, passed away on December 12, 2018 at Wellsville Manor Care Center, Wellsville, NY. Born on October 19, 1933 in Bridgeport, CT, Robert was a son of Raymond William and Edna Francis (Butler) Sheehy. He was self-employed as a farmer and was a member of the American Angus Association, the New York Beef Producers Association, the Holstein Association, and the National Pork Producers Association. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially taking his grandchildren on tractor rides. Robert served in the Air Force during the Korean War.
Robert is survived by his wife Sandra Sheehy; son Patrick Sheehy of Friendship, NY; daughters Tracy Haskins of Coudersport, PA, Bobbi Jo (Justin) Perry of Scio, NY, Billie Jo Shea of Wellsville, NY, Casey Jo Sheehy of Bolivar, NY, and Sherry Jo Sheehy of Knoxville, PA 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was the brother to 13 brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by his parents, daughter Kelly Woodring Dubots in 2009, brother Ray Sheehy, and infant son Robert Sheehy.
Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and Friday, December 21, 2018, from 11:00 AM to noon at the Ulysses Free Methodist Church, 602 S. Main Street, Ulysses, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following calling hours on Friday at noon with Pastor Cathy Dawes officiating.
