Obituary of Harry M. Lewis

Harry M. Lewis, age 86 of Morris Run, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at the Green Home in Wellsboro. He was born on May 13, 1934 in Plunketts Creek, PA, a son of Elmer and Della (Phillips) Lewis. Harry was the husband of the late B. Joan Lewis who died on July 10, 2013. He worked as a machine operator at Ward Manufacturing and enjoyed doing upholstery work. Harry is survived by his daughters Cindy Stock of Wellsboro, PA, and Wendy (David) Williams of Covington, PA; grandchildren Heather (Patrick) Deitrick, Nicole (Douglas) Champaign, Jennifer (Matthew) Sweeley, Krystal Williams, and Tyler (Heather) Williams along with great grandchildren Ayden Deitrick, Chelsie Deitrick, Levi Champaign, Kendra Williams, and Lexi Williams. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, a son-in-law Timothy D. Stock in 2011 and brother Frank Lewis. A private funeral service will be held at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating. Burial will take place in Montoursville Cemetery in Montoursville, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harry's memory to the Second Chance Animal Sanctuary, 725 Gee Road, Tioga, PA. 16946.
