Obituary of Gary Hazlett

Gary Duane Hazlett, age 79, of Millerton, PA passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. He was born on November 17, 1941 in Nelson, PA, the son of Ralph and Ruth (Button) Hazlett. Gary was a veteran of the US Army, having served during the Vietnam War. He worked for many years as a driver. Gary is survived by his four sons, Edward Hazlett of AZ, Eugene (Amy) Hazlett of NJ, Shawn (Nicole) Hazlett of Allentown, PA, and Stephen (Kimberly) Hazlett of Wellsboro, PA; seven grandchildren and two great grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Barb and Bonnie. In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no services. Burial will take place in Woodlawn National Cemetery. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
