Obituary of Gaylene Harvey

Gaylene Harvey, age 81, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on July 27, 2021 at the Green Home in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on December 24, 1939 in Tioga, PA, a daughter of John Henry and Alberta (Downing) Gee. Gaylene was married to the late Lester Harvey, who passed away in 2019. She was a babysitter, enjoyed crafts, and loved animals. Gaylene is survived by a daughter, Mary Gee of Wellsboro, PA; two brothers, Barry John Gee of Elmira, NY, and William McFall of Elmira, NY; a sister, Coleen Downing of Elmira, NY; two sister-in-laws, Jenny Gee of Elkland, PA, and Nancy Nace of Westfield, PA; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Terry Lee Gee; a step-son, Mike Ogden; three brothers, James William Gee, George Dana Gee, and Quinton Lee Gee; a sister, Zoelene Mcfall; and a brother-in-law, Dale Dickerson. Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 2pm with Lester Kreger officiating at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S.
