Obituary of Dennis Emmick

Dennis Emmick, age 39, of Nelson, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Arnot Ogden Hospital in Elmira, NY. He was born on August 1, 1982, in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Donald Emmick, Sr. and Deborah (Root) Emmick. Dennis worked as a machine operator for Boral in Elkland, PA. He enjoyed hunting and riding motorcycles. Dennis is survived by his father; grandmother, Patricia Hackman; aunt, Donna Emmick; Uncle Michael Emmick; brothers Mathew (Tina) Root of Stony Fork, PA, and Donald (Crystal) Emmick of Blossburg, PA; nieces, Faith, Sara, Destiny, Shianne, and Savannah; nephews, Tristan, Devon, Cody, Trevor; cousins Michelle "Munchie", Colin, Emma, Samantha, Searrah, Julia, Briana and Marshall. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandfather, Samuel Emmick, cousins, Skye and Mike Emmick, Jr. In keeping with Dennis' wishes, there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. is assisting the family.
