Obituary of Brenda Louise Mills

Brenda Louise "Gidget" Mills, age 53, of Canton, PA, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, September 18, 2021. She was born on July 19, 1968, in Waverly, NY, a daughter of Allen and Betty Taylor of Canton, PA. Gidget was the fiancée of Mark Terry. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved being with people, the beach, camping, and getting a tan. Gidget is survived by her son, Cody (Colleen) Mills of Canton, PA; her daughters, Kylee (Zachary) Mills of Canton, PA, and Trishia Terry of Blossburg, PA; son-in-law, William Whitcomb; fiancé, Mark Terry of Canton, PA; grandchildren, Dahlia, Isabella, Calen, Ashton, Izaiah, Emmaleigh, Chance, Maycee, Elias; brothers, Ronald Taylor of Canton, PA, and Jeff (Wendy) Taylor of Plano, TX; sisters Theresa (Robert) Schweit of Mansfield, PA, Brenda (Robert) Best of Canton, PA, and Bonnie Wilson of Baltimore, MD; brothers, Paul Chapman of Cogan Station, PA, Alden Chapman of Athens, PA,. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tiffany Whitcomb on February 1, 2021; her brother, Duane Chapman; a brother-in-law, Fred Nybeck, Jr., and her husband, Marlin Mills. Friends and family are invited to call from 4 PM to 5 PM on Saturday, September 25 at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 5 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
