Obituary of Thomas Edward Doan

Thomas E. Doan, 53, of Osceola, PA passed away on October 2, 2021, at the UPMC Williamsport Hospital. Tom was born August 19, 1968, to the late C. Leslie and M. Jean (Watkins) Doan. He grew up in Osceola and attended Elkland High School and Mansfield University, where he majored in Psychology. He married Marlene Sticklin on September 18, 1993, and together they have 2 sons. Tom is survived by his wife of 28 years; his sons, Nicholas and Spencer of Osceola, stepson, A. Luther (Morgan) Starkweather II of Wellsboro; stepdaughter, Melissa (Dan) Leister of Mansfield; five grandchildren, Aaden, Kassandra, Destiny, Kaydence, and Carson. Also surviving are his 2 brothers, Robin (Angie) Doan of Warren Robbins, GA, and Jeffrey (Gail) Doan of Osceola; his 2 sisters, Tessa Mundrick of Williamsport, and Mona (Bob) Holland of Addison, NY, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Robert and Bradley Doan. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
