Obituary of Susan Mae Revet

Susan Mae Revet-Pierson, age 80, of Tioga, PA, passed peacefully away at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, October 25, 2021. She was born on August 19, 1941, in Corning, NY. Susan was raised by her foster parents, Kenneth and Ethel Kellogg. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends, and having visitors. Susan loved springtime, sitting outside, going for rides on her scooter, and going for long country rides. She enjoyed going out to eat and, most of all, spending time with her great grandson Brantley. Susan is survived by her daughters, Tammy (Ken) Epling of Lexington, KY, and Heidi Phillips (Bob Graham) of Tioga, PA; grandchildren Meagan Moyer, Mandy Ochoa, Johnny Phillips III, Jordan Phillips, Jenna Worthington, Dalton Phillips, and Sara Hartzell, Destiny Wells, Marissa Farr, Dylan Phillips, Dakota Button, Steve Phillips, John Murray; brother, Kenny (Galva) Pierson of Corning, NY; sister, Barb Briglin of Hornell, NY; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Phillips, Sr.; a son, John W. Phillips Jr.; five brothers and sisters, Wayne Pierson, Joan Griffin, Louise Pierson, Joe Pierson, Jenny, and Mary; brother, Paul Pierson; grandson Steven Hamilton. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 9 Eden Lane, Tioga, PA, with Pastor Steven Neff officiating.
