Obituary of Josie Lynn Barr
Josie L. Barr, age 51, of Elkland, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 14th, 2021, at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. She was born on December 4th, 1969, in Wellsboro, PA. Josie was a daughter of Cedar and Shirley (Tomb) Barr. She was employed with Apple with their on-line customer service department. Josie had been a hairdresser, enjoyed playing computer games, spending time with her nephew and great nephew.
Josie is survived by her brothers Tige Barr of Elkland, PA, Lonny Barr of Little Marsh, PA; a sister, Bonnie (Robert) Knarr of Middleburg, PA; half-sister, Deanna (Tony) Gephardt of Montoursville, PA, a nephew, and a great nephew.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no services. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA has been entrusted with the arrangements.
