Obituary of Allen Plynn Burt

Allen Burt age 65 of Mansfield, PA died on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his home. Allen was born on June 15, 1956 in Elmira NY, a son of Sidney "Jack" and Janet L (Allen) Burt. Allen is survived by a son, Joshua (Jenna) Burt of Mansfield PA, and two grandchildren, J.W. and Julia Burt; special friend Dianna Skovronski; two brothers, David (Ruth) Burt and Richard "Rick" (Judy) Burt all of Mansfield, PA; a sister, Kathryn (Ron Ellis) Rouse of Sassamansville, PA, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Allen was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jonathan Burt. Allen was self employed as a hoof trimmer and enjoyed horses, farming, and going to auctions. In Keeping with Allen's wishes there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to St. Jude's hospital or choose a local Angel Tree recipient to bless a child at Christmas.
