Obituary of Theresa A. Steves

Theresa A. Steves, age 82 of Blossburg, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the Williamsport Hospital. Theresa was born on August 5, 1939, a daughter of Vincent and Mary (Tafelski) Bogaczyk. Theresa worked as a machinist for Fairway Spring Factory and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Blossburg. Theresa is survived by her sons, James (Dawn) Steves of Glen St. Mary FL, and Mark (Karen) Steves of Jacksonville FL; daughters Barbara (Alan) Johnson of Mansfield, and Pamela Seeley of Mansfield PA, Brother Edmund (Erna) Bogaczyk of Blossburg PA, Sister Gertrude Burt of Elmira NY, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 637 South Main Street, Mansfield PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Holy Child Catholic Church 242 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. with Rev. Bryan Wright as celebrant.
