Obituary of Leona E Staron

Leona "Lee" E. Staron, age 75, of Arnot, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2022 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. She was born on June 1, 1947 in Glens Falls, NY, the daughter of Robert and Evelyn (LaPoint) Lamb. Lee was married to the late Joseph Frank Staron. She was a professional cake decorator, a laborer for Wundies Undies, owned a craft store, and taught cake decorating classes. Lee enjoyed arts, crafts, and gardening. She loved her dog, Makita. Lee is survived by her son, William (Jessa) Bogaczyk of Syracuse, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband. Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 from 5-7pm at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will follow at 7pm with Reverend Bryan Wright officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to an ASPCA of one's choice.
