Obituary of Edwin J. Marmara

Edwin J. Marmara age 80 of Morris, PA died Wednesday, June 18, 2008 in Wellsboro, PA. Edwin was the husband of Margaret (Rawle) Marmara with whom he would have celebrated a 60th wedding anniversary on September 22, 2008. Edwin was born on March 27, 1928 in Detroit, MI, a son of Edgar and Mary (Farara) Marmara. Edwin had been a police officer until his retirement in Philadelphia, PA. He was a WWII US Navy veteran. Edwin is survived by his children and their spouses Kathleen Kitty (William) Jenkins of Windstock, GA, Kenneth Marmara of Antrim, PA, Karen (Jeffery) Small of Doylestown, PA, Kevin (Sally) Marmara of Nauvoo, PA, Karla (John) Muller of Woodstock, GA, Sean (Christine) Marmara of Cherry Flats, PA, 10 grandchildren, 6 grandchildren and a sister Inez Van Curen of Sterling, MI. In keeping with Edwins wishes there will be no services. Jacquleyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
