Obituary of Jeanne M. Passeri
Jeanne M. Passeri, age 74, of Gillett, PA, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on March 11, 1950, in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of Arnold and Lorraine (Boehm) Cushing. Jeanne worked as a caregiver for Martha Lloyd Community Services. She enjoyed shopping, going to yard sales, playing Bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jeanne is survived by her son, Brad (Carol) Passeri of Morris, PA; daughter, Pamela (Tom) Alexander of Morris, PA; loving companion, LaRue Curren, of Gillett, PA, and his daughter, Molly; six grandchildren, Joshua Passeri, Samara (Todd Maxwell) Dibble, Melinda (T.J.) Johnson, Cody Dibble, Alisha Schmouder, and Shad Alexander; eight great grandchildren, Joseph, Saige, Jayden, Layla, Minniyah, Baylor, Colby and Kylie; sisters, Gloria Clemens of Tioga, PA, Marlene Gillett of Corning, NY, Pauline Six of Corning, NY, and Penny Cushing of Bernville, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger J. Passeri on December 8, 2011; a son, Gregory John Passeri; brothers, Kenneth, Virgil, Ronald, and Maynard Cushing; a sister, Sandra Thorpe.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will take place in Job's Corners Cemetery, Job's Corners, PA. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA is assisting the family. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
