Obituary of Geraldine R. Davies

Geraldine R. Davies, age 60, of Knoxville, PA, died Sunday, December 15, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 1, 1953 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of Gerald and Jetta (Borden) Heck. Geraldine was the wife of George L. Davies for 42 years. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, painting, gardening, cooking, baking and animals. Geraldine is survived by her husband, George; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald and Mariann Davies of Knoxville, PA, Michael Davies of Williamsport, PA, Mark and Jasmine Davies of Knoxville, PA; a daughter, Stephanie Davies of Williamsport, PA; 9 grandchildren, Doyle, Damion, Marleigha, Natosha, Seth, Allora, Gavin, Kerryn and Cassandra; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Vern and Jennifer Heck of Covington, PA, Fred Heck of Williamsport, PA; a brother-in-law, Richard Davies of Knoxville, PA; 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Emmit Baker of Williamsport, PA, Connie and Robert Johnson of Tioga, PA, Eva Carson of Wellsboro, PA; a sister-in-law, Elaine Rush of Rushville, NY. She was predeceased by brothers, Terry and Carl Heck. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Debbie Button officiating.
