Obituary of Elizabeth Leflar

Elizabeth "Libby" Leflar, age 89, of Troy, PA, died Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Troy Community Hospital, Troy, PA. Libby was born June 22, 1924 in Ireland, a daughter of Patrick and Margaret Calder. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and worked as a hotel housekeeper until her retirement. Elizabeth is survived by a son, Patrick Bridges of Troy, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Noel Skidmore of Schenectady, NY; 5 grandchildren, Alyssa, Elizabeth, Paula, Cheryl and John; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; 2 brothers, Paul and Sean; and 2 sisters, Maureen and Eileen. In keeping with Libby's wishes, there will be no services.
