Obituary of Ronald L. Babus

Ronald "Ronnie" L. Babus, age 53, of Mansfield, PA, died on Monday, June 16, 2014 in Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Born on February 21, 1961 in Dover, NJ, Ronnie was the son of Stephen Robert and Phyllis (Moore) Babus of Chester, NJ. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara (Wisniewski) Babus. Ronnie had been employed as a heavy equipment operator for Inter County Paving, Local 825. He was an avid modified race car driver, motor cycle rider and stand-up comedian. Ronnie also enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, Stephen and Phyllis Babus, Ronnie is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ronald and Kerri Babus, Jr. of Matamoras, PA, Benjamin Babus of Hopatcong, NJ; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Stephen Robert and Jeannette Babus, Jr. of Port Orange, FL, Dale Thieleman of Chester, NJ; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Phyllis and Nicholas Reno of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and Darlene Turner of Chester, NJ.
