Obituary of Jack R. Walker

Jack R. Walker, age 84, of Middlebury Center, PA, died December 29, 2014 at the Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. Jack was born April 9, 1930 in Philadelphia, PA, a son of John and Naomi (Frank) Walker. He was married to Mathilda Facenda. Jack was a self-employed electrical contractor before he retired. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 98, the Pleasantville United Church of Christ in Chalfont, PA and a veteran of the Army National Guard. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Jack is survived by his wife, Mathilda; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, E. Marcella and Michael Shoeman of Waynesboro, PA, Carol (Boyd Taylor) Walker of Doylestown, PA; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert A. and Eileen Walker of Churchville, PA, Charles R. and June Walker of Laguna Beach, CA, David R. Walker of Ocala, FL; 2 grandchildren, Michael J. and Mark A. Shoeman. He was predeceased by a son, John R. Walker in 1975. Services will be held in Chalfont, PA at a later date.
