Obituary of Constance Marble

Constance (Gleason) Marble, age 74, of Blossburg, PA, died on Monday, April 27, 2015 in Manor Care North, Williamsport, PA. Constance is survived by her husband, Robert W. Marble, Sr. Born on November 25, 1940 in Blossburg, PA, Constance was the daughter of Raymond and Lilaha (Southard) Gleason, Sr. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the Tioga Boar Farm, the Ponderosa Motel and as a cuttter with the Canton Manufacturing Company. She collected pens, horses and enjoyed cooking, baking and square dancing. Constance was a member of the Tioga Tabernacle Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Robert, Constance is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Avery Bentley of Mansfield, PA, George and Tracy Bentley of Arnold, MD; one daughter and son-in-law, Laura and William Donald of Mansfield, PA; special step son and, Kevin (Lisa) Bentley of Tioga, PA; two brothers, Raymond Gleason, Jr. of Troy, PA, Maynard "Flip" Gleason of Wellsboro, PA; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Virginia and Floyd Young, Jr. of Mansfield, PA, Helen Stout of Millerton, PA, Patricia Webster of Wellsboro, PA; seven grandchildren: Avery, Sonia, Christina, Tyler, Jordan, Cieara, Caleb and four great grandchildren: MaKenna, Andrew, Josh and Aryan. Constance was predeceased by a sister, Claudia Marble and a brother, Desmond Gleason. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will be held immediately following calling hours at the funeral home at 7:00 PM with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating.
