Obituary of Barbara Gaugler

Barbara Gaugler, age 77, of Mainesburg, PA passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. Barbara was born August 28, 1938 in Upper Hanover Twp., Montgomery Co., a daughter of Reeves and Clara (Rohs) Winter. She was the wife of Leemon E. Gaugler celebrating 61 years on August 7, 2015. Barbara was employed as head cook for the Southern Tioga School District before she retired. She was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church in Mansfield, PA; enjoyed gardening, puzzles, hunting, dairy farming, and spending time with her husband. Barbara was a member of the Archery Club and the pinochle card club. Barbara is survived by her husband, Leemon; a son and daughter-in-law, Chris E. and Jeanne Gaugler of Mansfield, PA; a daughter, LeeAnn Gaugler of Annandale, NJ; 5 grandchildren, Heather and Ashley Gaugler, Abby, Kyle and Kirk Lefelhoc; a brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Carole Winter of Uniondale, PA; a sister, Susan Petril of Philadelphia, PA. She was predeceased by 3 sisters, Dorothy Miller, Anita Williams, Joanne Vivo, and a brother, Robert Vivo A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Child Catholic Church.
