Obituary of Curt Hemly Smith

Curt Hemly Smith age 77 of Mainesburg, PA died Saturday, September 12, 2020 at his home. Curt was born on December 23, 1942 in Elmira, Ny the son of Wilbur "Glen" and Dorothy (Hemly) Smith. Curt was the husband of June (Welch) Smith. He had been employed by RCA as a Journeyman. Curt was a US Army veteran having served in the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the American Legion in Morris Run, PA and enjoyed mechanics and working on lawn mowers. Curt is survived by his wife, June Smith; two sons, Brian Michael Smith of Elmira, NY and Clint A. Smith of Mainesburg, PA; three daughters, Tammy Ludwig of NJ, and Sherry Parent of Buffalo, NY, Laura Randall, Endicott, NY; six grandchildren; two sisters, Sylvia Watkins of Caladonia, NY, Linda Tappan of Austin, TX; best friend for 60 years Frank Robinson; special friends, Angela Wilkins and Mike Stevenson.
