Obituary of Charles R. Lisk

Charles R. Lisk, Sr., age 78, of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 17, 1942 in Elmira, NY, a son of Fred and Gladys (Jayne) Lisk. Charles was married to Loree (Wilson) Lisk for 22 years. He was self-employed as a painter, worked for the City of Elmira, and was a former member of the Mansfield VFW. Charles enjoyed fishing, cars, camping, nature watching, and spending time with his family. Charles is survived by his wife, Loree; a son, Charles (Regina) Lisk, Jr. of Zephyrhills, FL; four daughters, Shelly (Arthur Walker) Lisk of Elmira Heights, NY, Lucille (Allen) McCombs of Salisbury, NC, Tammy (Lee) Krathwohl of Salisbury, NC, and Linda Lisk of Gold Hill, NC; three stepchildren, William (Anita) Hart, Jr. of Mansfield, PA, James (Devone) Hart of Clemons, NC, and David (Billie) Hart of Covington, PA; 26 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 27 years, Patricia (Ameigh) Lisk; his parents; two sisters, Lucille and Hilda; and a brother, Fred Lisk III. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 9:00am at Roseville Independent Baptist Roseville, PA with Pastor Tom Hager officiating. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.
