Obituary of Lewis K. Cretsinger

Lewis K. Cretsinger, age 85, of Morris Run PA, passed away at his home on March 24, 2022. He was born on January 18, 1937, in Muncy, IN, a son of Holmes and Katherine (Koontz) Cretsinger. Lewis was a pastor at the Warminster Heights Community Church until his retirement, and enjoyed reading, photography, and flying kites. Lewis is survived by daughters, Christine (Frank) Walker of Elk Grove, CA, Naomilyn (Paul) Scheler of Foley, AL, Ruth Ann (Mike) Kerr of Elberta, AL, Deb (Bob) Kolynych of Foley, AL, and Rebecca (Andre) Cade of South Williamsport, PA; son, Stephen (Casey) Cretsinger of Jackson, MI; grandchildren, Sharon Rodriguez, Bethann Demeter, Cathryn Walker, Jonathan Walker, Chad Scheler, Chip Scheler, Crystal Utz, Timothy Schouten, Matthew Schouten, Joshua Schouten, Mark Schouten, Andre Cade III, Azriel Cade, Micah Cretsinger, Malachi Cretsinger, and Ephraim Cretsinger; great grandchildren, Annaliese Rodriguez, Lucy Rodriguez, Charity Josue, Leticia Miranda, Bobby Miranda, Heero Miranda, Scottie Stewart, Laila Walker, Heaton Scheler, Langley Scheler, Emerald Utz, Jonah Utz, Aponi Schouten, Zayne Schouten, Emery Schouten, Rylan Schouten, Marli Schouten, and Maxon Schouten; brother, Francis Cretsinger; and sisters, Mary Katherine Bower, Ethel Ann Colewell, and Patricia Phelps. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irma, and granddaughter, Abigail Stewart. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, at 2:00 P.M. at the Blossburg First Baptist Church, 301 Main Street, Blossburg, PA, with Pastor Pat Parsons officiating.
