Obituary of Daniel Owen Camp

Daniel Owen Camp, Sr., age 61, of Tioga, PA, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. He was born on February 6, 1961 in Jersey Shore, PA, a son of Manson and Dorothy (Oldweiler) Camp. Daniel was a truck driver for Keck's Food Service. He enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, NASCAR, and the Steelers. Daniel is survived by his life long partner, Sharon King of Tioga, PA; his mother, Dorothy Camp of Williamsport, PA; eight children, Danielle (Timothy) Wescott of Pine City, NY, Danette Buck of Lawrenceville, PA, Daniel Owen (Nancy Cilino) Camp, Jr. of Altamont, IL, Brandie (Brett) Mosher of Effingham, IL, Heather (Donald) Hulbert of Jasper, NY, Danielle (Ronald) Southard of Lawrenceville, PA, Jordan (Crystal Rake) Butler of Honesdale, PA, Michael King of Mansfield, PA; extended children, Tammy Whittle, Stacey Merrill, and Carl Novinger; twenty grandchildren; a brother, Manson (Michaelann) Camp, Jr. of Lock Haven, PA, two sisters, Debbie Kriner of South Williamsport, PA, Linda (Chris) Ross of Turbotville, PA; a sister-in-law, Beth Camp of Cogan Station, PA; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Randy Camp; brother-in-law, Mike Kriner; and extended son, Robert Rumsey, Jr. Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, May 27, 2022 from 5-7pm at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will follow at 7pm. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery in Tioga, PA at the convenience of the family.
