Obituary of Charles William Sykes

Charles William Sykes, age 77 of Covington, PA, passed away on June 1, 2022, at his residence. He was born on July 21, 1944, in Bethesda, Maryland, the son of Oscar Alfred and Dorothy (Brat) Sykes. Charles served in the Navy for nine years, belonged to the Blossburg VFW, and worked for Blossburg UMPC. He enjoyed helping people, hanging out at Mama's in Blossburg, hunting, fishing, and his dog, Rollie. Charles is survived by a son, Michael Charles (Koerlo) Sykes of Maryland; and two grandchildren, Michael Daniel, and Shelby Jean. Charles is preceded in death by his parents.
