Obituary of Charles Edward Pierce

Charles Edward Pierce, Jr., age 46, of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. He was born on March 29, 1976 in Elmira, NY, the son of Charles Edward and Dixie (Skinner) Pierce. Charles was a contractor for Altair Solutions. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, working with a chainsaw, and fireworks on the 4th of July. Charles is survived by his mother, Dixie Pierce of Blossburg, PA; a daughter, Brooke Guariglia of Blossburg, PA; two grandchildren, Jace and Mason Guariglia; two sisters, Diana Pierce of Fayettville, NC, and Dawn Pierce of West Wyoming, PA; and a nephew, Riley Pierce of West Wyoming, PA. He was preceded in death by his father. Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 6-7pm at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 7pm with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
