Obituary of Dennis Richard Bailey

Dennis Richard Bailey, Sr., age 72, of Mainesburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at his home. He was born on January 7, 1950 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Brenton and Beverly (Johnson) Bailey. Dennis worked as a machinist for Kennedy Valve. He loved working on his cars, hunting, and fishing. Dennis was a veteran of the United States Navy. Dennis is survived by his sons, Christopher Martin (Jamie) Bailey of Westfield, PA, Dennis Richard (Kelli) Bailey, Jr. of Covington, PA, and Scott Allen (Taresa Weatherby) Bailey; sixteen grandchildren; a brother, Michael (Lisa) Bailey of Mainesburg, PA; and three sisters, Colleen (Dale) Jones of Mainesburg, PA, Lisa Davenport of Mansfield, PA, and Julie (Hugh) Heck of Mainesburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Gemma Lee Bailey. Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 1-2pm at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. Burial will take place in Gray Valley Cemetery in Mainesburg, PA.
