Obituary of Joyce Southard
Joyce Elaine Southard, age 70 of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at her residence. She was born on December 21, 1951, in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of William Warren and Grace (Gleason) Southard. Joyce enjoyed coloring and fishing.
Joyce is survived by her sisters, Ella Clark of Wellsboro, PA, Linda Rosengrant of Middlebury Center, PA, Virginia Mary (William) Gastrock of Wellsboro, PA, Wilma (Scott) Coolidge of Wellsboro, PA, Marcella Foster of FL, Grace (Gerald) Witherow of Mansfield, PA, and Rebecca Douglas of Wellsboro, PA; and a brother, William Southard of Wellsboro, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Wanda Southard and Loretta Martino, and a brother, Howard Southard.
