Obituary of Dorothy C. Lutomski

Dorothy C. Lutomski, age 93, of Blossburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. She was born on February 15, 1929 in Elmira, NY, a daughter of Theodore and Agnes (Wasicki) Tomski. Dorothy was married to the late Leonard "Thunder" Lutomski who passed away in 2008. She was a core fitter for JP Ward Foundry and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Dorothy enjoyed bowling, knitting, canning, and puzzle books. Dorothy is survived by her son, Chester Lutomski of Blossburg, PA; and a daughter, Constance "Connie" (Michael) McNamara of Wellsboro, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband; and five brothers and sisters. Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 10am-11am at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30am at St. Mary's Catholic Church 138 St. Mary's St. Blossburg, PA with Reverend Bryan Wright as celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Blossburg, PA. Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
