Obituary of Erma Louise Wales

Beloved Erma Louise Wales, age 93, of Millerton, PA, was peacefully called home to Jesus on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Erma was cherished by many and was blessed to have an array of family and friends who adored her. She enjoyed get togethers, traveling, reading, walking barefoot, and holding the new baby… always sneaking a peek at their tiny feet. Erma is survived by her sons (daughters-in-law); Kevin (Patty) Wales, Jeff (Linda) Wales, Keith Wales, Greg (Kathy) Wales; her daughters (sons-in-law) Virginia (Alex) Stavisky, Karan (Barry) Kirby; 10 grandchildren, Aimee, Kevin Jr., Brad, Cindy, Mike S., Megan, Kate, Chad, Mike, and Ashley; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Wales; her parents, Jack and Hazel Miller; and her nine siblings. A celebration of life picnic will be held at Jackson Summit Baptist Church pavilion on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 3pm.
