Joseph Buechler

Obituary of Joseph Anthony Buechler

Our son Joey was an avid Eagles fan, cheering on every game and making his Velveeta dip was a favorite. He liked carpentry, listening to music, gardening with his mom; and cooking for his family and friends. He enjoyed grilling and summer barbecues and he often hosted holiday dinners and loved Christmas decorating. Joey had many friends and childhood friends; he cherished their friendship for life. Joey was a Graduate of Cherokee H.S. in Marlton, NJ. He held an AA Degree and was Dean's List at Burlington County College, NJ. He then went on to Graduate in 2016 from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a BA in Computer Science and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Joey worked at his mother's store during summer breaks and became an accomplished upholsterer, he took pride in his work and one-of-a-kind upholstered chairs. He built and repaired furniture. In his leisure time, he was an avid gamer, and enjoyed movies. He loved to stay home and hang out with his family and friends. Joey and Frankie had a mutual love and admiration. They enjoyed the Eagles games and found a way to keep in touch and cheer on the Eagles, even though they were on opposite coast. They enjoyed gaming, IT, and were best of friends. His Lil sister, Jessica was his heart. Their time together was spent cooking, talking and listening to music. They will honor and keep him alive in their minds and hearts on their journey thru their lives. Joey is survived by his mother, Kelly Bollock- Mitchell, stepfather, Gary Mitchell, of Wellsboro; father, Frank Buechler, Jr, of Galeton; brother Frankie Buechler (Lt US Navy) stationed in California (neice Adriana, nephew Logan) also of California, Sister Jessica Mitchell (neice, Emilee) and (Partner) Joshua Smith of Rochester; his loving grandparents, Franklyn and Betty Bollock of Germania; a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins, who will miss Joey very much. "Hey Mamma", I love you to the moon and back. Sweet dreams, our Joe Joe. Rest in peace, you are free.
