Obituary of Frederick Neil Harlan
Frederick Neil Harlan, age 76, of Mansfield, PA, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023 in Blossburg, PA. He was born on October 28, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Gertrude (Diffendofer) Harlan. Frederick was married to Annette Louise (Shostak) Harlan. He was a master electrician for Local 98 Union.
Frederick is survived by his wife; a son, Marcus; four daughters, Lisa, Gina, Shelley, and Jennifer; five grandchildren, Alexandra, Nasseer, Shaniya, Alexander, and Morgan; and two great grandchildren, Micha and Evelyn.
