Obituary of Teresa R. Haley

Teresa R. Haley age 88 of Tioga, PA died Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the Gate House in Williamsport, PA. Teresa was born on December 3. 1935 in Philadelphia, PA a daughter of Frank and Natalie (Parisi) Procopio. She was the wife of the late Eugene R. Haley Sr. who died on January 1, 2021. Teresa had been employed by Semcor as a Librarian and was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Wellsboro, PA. Teresa is survived by two sons Eugene (Amelia) Haley Jr. of Wimauma, FL and Francis "Frank" Haley of Tioga, PA; six grandchildren Melissa, Christine, Rebecca, John, Alisa, and Jenifer; two sisters Frances Schellinger of Gilbertsville, PA, Rose (Jerry) Wagner of Turbotville, PA; sister-in-law Leah Procopio of Manahawkin, NJ; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Lisa Hathaway of Quakertown, PA and a brother Vincent Procopio. In keeping with Teresa's wishes, there will be no services. She will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, Tioga, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church, 38 Central Ave., Wellsboro, PA 16901.
