Obituary of Joan L. Condon

Joan L. Condon, age 90, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at UPMC Wellsboro Hospital. She was born on April 8, 1934, the daughter of Matthew and Cynthia (Jasper) McGarvey. Joan was married to the late Carl M. Condon. Joan is survived by her son, Talon (Mary Ann) Condon of Clearfield, PA; a daughter, Brenda "Bretta" (Michael Tester) Fabian of Wellsboro, PA; three grandsons; and one granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband; a granddaughter, Elyse Allyn Condon; and three brothers, Raymond, Berton, and Donald.
