Obituary of Mildred A. Hardy

Mildred A. Hardy, age 85, of Mifflintown, PA, died Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Brookline Manor and Retirement Village in Mifflintown, PA. Mildred was born in McConnellstown, PA on May 13, 1924, a daughter of Andrew and Pearl (Rinker) Gill. Mildred is survived by two sons, Gerald Hardy of East Waterford, PA, Clarence Lee Hardy of Indiana, PA; a daughter, Kathy Hardy of Blossburg, PA; two sisters, Edith Blair of Heston, PA, Nora MacWane of Phoenix, AZ; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the East Waterford Cemetery, East Waterford, PA, with the Rev. James Blair and the Rev. Keith Paris officiating.
