Obituary of James R. Buman

James R. Buman, age 72, of Huachuta City, AZ, formerly of Lawrenceville, PA, died Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Hacienda Rehabilitation/Care Center in Seirra Vista, AZ. James was born May 8, 1936 in Lindley, NY, a son of James R. and Clara Virginia (Hoppe) Buman, Sr. He retired from Corning Glass Works. James enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the NRA. James is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Sandy Buman, Jerry and Sue Buman, Jimmy and Robin Buman, all of Lindley, NY, Terry and Renee Buman, Randy and Beth Buman all of AZ; two daughters and a son-in-law, Mary Buman (Kevin Kirkham) of Campbell, NY, Diane and Frank Jackson of Campbell, NY; one step-son, Larry Ross of Wellsboro, PA; two step-daughters, Sharon (Jim) Kizer of Tioga, PA, Rhonda Ross of Bolivar, NY; 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 5 great step-grandchildren; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Eugene and Patsy Buman of Lindley, NY, Raymond and Kathy Buman of Lindley, NY, Albert Buman of Lindley, NY; eight sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia Rossman of Lindley, NY, Gene Lamphier of Beaver Dams, NY, Helen Wilson of Lindley, NY, Stella and Rick Howell of VA, Judy and Charles Wilson of Lindley, NY, Laura and Stan Damoth of Lindley, NY, Debbie and Joe Burrows of PA, Sue (Mark Cole) Buman of Lindley, NY; several nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by his wife, Letha (Reese) Buman. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following the viewing at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
