Obituary of Louise M. Thompson

Louise M. Thompson, age 82, of Wellsboro, PA died Friday, July 3, 2009 at Broad Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Wellsboro, PA. Louise was the wife of the late Richard T. Thompson who died in 1978, and the late Donald F. Thompson who died in 1998. Louise was born November 30, 1926 in Cuba, the daughter of Arved and Scafania (Marton) Jackson. She was a member of the St. Pauls Episcopal Church in Wellsboro, PA. She loved cats. Louise is survived by two sons and daughters -in-law, Richard T. and Kay Thompson of Prince Frederick, MD, Donald and Lois Thompson of Wellsboro, PA, two grandchildren, Thomas and Kenneth Thompson, and a sister, Rose Marie Zurkan of Ventura, CA. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Newtown, PA. Burial will be in Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
