Obituary of Linnie B. Ives

Linnie Leipold Ives, age 92, of Wellsboro, PA died Friday, January 1, 2010 at the Green Home in Wellsboro, PA. Linnie was born on September 5, 1917 in Troupsburg, NY, a daughter of William and Rose (Cornell) Fisher. She was the wife of the late Lester Leipold and the late Clayton Ives. Linnie had been a sales clerk for the former T.W. Judge Co. for 30 years. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church for over 20 years. Linnie is survived by a daughter, Pamela Leipold, of Wellsboro, PA; daughter-in-law, Fay Leipold of Round Rock, TX; three step-sons, Ronald (Karen) Ives of Cogan Station, James Ives of Burke, VA, Raymond (Evelyn) Ives of Summerville, SC; 5 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 7 step great grandchildren; and a brother, Gary Fisher of Corning, NY. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, one brother, two sons, Lester Bill Leipold, Terry Leipold; and a daughter, Maureen Sis Leipold, as well as her husbands.
