Obituary of Annette Pearsall

Annette (Frick) Schucker Pearsall, age 82, of Troy, PA, died on Thursday, January 27, 2011 at her residence. Born on May 9, 1928 in Elmira, NY, she was the daughter of Lee and Helen (McInroy) Frick. Annette was predeceased by her first husband, Mark Adam Schucker, Jr. in 1973, and her second husband, Harry Pearsall in 2010. Prior to her retirement, Annette was the operator and owner of her own farm. She was a member of the Covert Church on Armenia Mt. and enjoyed golfing and playing bridge. Annette graduated from the University of Rochester where she received her R.N. Degree. She was appointed to serve in the Agricultural Stabilization Conservation Service (ASCS) under the Reagan Administration and one term of the Bush Administration. Annette is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Marlene Mockaitis of Sarasota, FL, Kathleen and Alan Walsh of Darlington, MD, Brenda and Henry Holloway of Darlington, MD; one step son, Bernard Pearsall of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; one step-daughter, Denise Fenton of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husbands, Mark Schucker, Jr. and Harry Pearsall, she was predeceased by a brother, James Frick, and three sisters, Marian Eyer, Gladys Weaver and Ruth Merritt. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Annette on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Austinville Union Church in Austinville, PA with Rev. Kenneth Marple officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Annettes memory to the American Stroke Assoc., 613 Baltimore Drive, Suite 3, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 or Guthrie Hospice, R.
