Obituary of Donald E. Andrews

Donald E. Andrews, age 72, of Mansfield, PA, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. Donald was born May 31, 1938 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Ernest B. Andrews and Margaret (Sweet) (Andrews) Rice. He was the husband of Helen (Main) Andrews and would have celebrated their 30th anniversary on July 11th. He was a truck driver for Benson Trucking and K. House and Son Lumber Co. Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and operating logging equipment. Donald was in the Navy Seabees. Donald is survived by his wife, Helen and his mother, Margaret Rice of Wellsboro; two daughters and sons-in-law, Penny and David Robinson of Mansfield, PA. Pamela and Michael Taft of Middlebury, PA; two step-sons and a step-daughter-in-law, John Dolliver of New Bloomfield, MO, Christopher and Donna Dolliver of Blossburg, PA; 7 grandchildren, Paul Robinson, Tabatha Taft, Courtney Taft, Alyssia Dolliver, Joshua Dolliver, Kyle Dolliver and Breanna Dolliver; 2 great grandchildren, Atlea Robinson and Payton Dolliver; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Gerald and Oveta Andrews of Covington, PA, Gary and Sandy Andrews of Wellsboro, PA, Steven Andrews of Wellsboro, PA; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Lewis Covert of Wellsboro, PA, Debbie and Danny Neal of Raleigh, NC, Betsy and Larry Tokarz of Mansfield, PA, JoAnne and Jean Plemons.
