Obituary of Mary N. Breidenstein

Mary N. Breidenstein, age 67, of Westfield, PA, died Thursday, August 25, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born February 8, 1944 in Knox, Indiana, a daughter of Grant and Margie [Gaede] Green. She celebrated a 21st anniversary on June 16th with her husband, Philip D. Breidenstein. She was a claims adjuster for Erie Insurance before her retirement. Mary enjoyed quilting, raising Cocker Spaniels and the SBG Cocker Family. Mary is survived by her husband, Philip; a step-son, Philip O. (Denise) Breidenstein of Birdsboro, PA; a daughter, Jane (Scott) Hunter of Hughesville, PA; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ron (Dawn) Green of Michigan City, IN, Ed (Laura) Green of Indianapolis, IN; 3 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great grandson; her mother, Margie Green of Knox, IN; a sister and brother-in-law, Becky (Harold) Haugen of Knox, IN; and a best friend, Janice Brooks, of Westfield, PA. Mary was predeceased by a sister, Carol, and her father, Grant Green. In keeping with Mary's wishes, there will be no services.
